While relatively new, the company boasts over 100 years of combined industry experience within its highly talented team. SMG is dedicated to developing and delivering the vision for their clients, tackling projects ranging from commercial buildings to single-family homes.The company's leadership brings extensive expertise. Dave Hunter has a 25-year career in commercial, multi-family, land entitlement, single-family, and raw land development, alongside 17 years as a general contractor. His work spans Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and California. Joe Brown, with a 20-year career, has a background in tech startups and real estate development, including multi-family, student housing, self-storage, and commercial projects.SMG currently has over $200,000,000 of projects in development. Their new, state-of-the-art company headquarters is located in Orem, Utah.
