Storelocal
Overview
Storelocal is a cooperative buying group for independent self-storage operators, providing members with access to group-negotiated pricing on facility supplies, technology, and services. Through Storelocal's purchasing program, independent operators can access wholesale pricing on moving supplies, locks, and other tenant-facing products that would otherwise require large minimum orders. The cooperative model gives small and mid-sized operators leverage against larger chain competitors on supply costs. Membership in Storelocal also includes access to marketing programs, technology vendors, and industry benchmarking data.
